Spring Break Camp

SPRING BREAK CAMP

March 25 - 29, 2024

Spring Break Camp at Clinton Gymnastics Academy is the place to be during Spring Break. Our camp include hours of fun activities and challenges in our gym. You can choose between the below options:

TIME:

8am - 4pm (Full Day) - $295.00

RESERVE YOUR CHILD'S SPOT BY PLACING A $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DOWN & BALANCE DUE THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE CAMP WEEK STARTS. 

You can register online via Customer Portal.  

Daily Schedule

Fitness & Fun Morning

  • Nintendo Wii Games/Table Activities (early drop off)
  • Supervised Play - Run, tumble & touch around the gym
  • Opening Circle – Name activity & rules
  • Warm Up & Stretch
  • Gymnastics Stations – Workout at the bars, beams & tumbling stations
  • Group Games, Snack, Arts & Crafts

Payments

Q: When do I pay for the camp sessions?
A: Minimum payment $100.00 is due to hold your space balance due 4/8/2024. Pre-register online at the parent portal.

Refunds

Q: What if my child is unable to attend camp sessions enrolled for?A: Due to limited camp days and the popularity of camp sessions no refunds, no credits for payments or re-scheduling of missed camps.

Lunch

Q: Should I pack a lunch and snacks?
A: Bag lunch is required when attending full day or afternoon ½ day session (NO PEANUT PRODUCTS). AM & PM snacks will be provided by CGA.

Nap Time

Q: Is there nap time?
A: There is no official nap time but we do have movie time after lunch so pack a comfortable blanket.

Clothing

Q: What should campers wear?
A: Clothing must fit snugly without restricting movement. For safety all campers are to be barefoot in the gym. No jewelry. Campers can bring Crocs, Slides or Flip Flops to use as we transition area in the building.

Responsibilities

Q: If I cannot pick my child up after camp, what should I do?
A: Notify the gym if someone other than you will be picking up because we will ask for identification. Late fees will be applied for late pickups.

Payment

Q: When do I pay for the camp sessions?

A: $100.00 Non-refundable deposit is due to hold your space & the  remaining balance due the Friday before the camp starts.

Refunds

Q: What if my child is unable to attend camp sessions enrolled for?

A:    Due to limited camp days and the popularity of our camp sessions no refunds, make ups or credits for payments for no show campers.

Toys & Electronics

Q: Is my child allowed to bring outside toys or electronic devices (tablets, phones or video game systems) with her/him to camp?

A: No outside toys or electronics are allowed. CGA conducts physical activities for entertainment. Unauthorized toys and electronics will be confiscated until a parent guardian arrives for pickup.  CGA does not provide Wi-Fi or internet for personal electronic devices. CGA is not responsible for outside toys or electronic devices.

Lunch

Q:  Should I pack a lunch and snacks?

A:   Bag lunch is required when attending full day camp (NO PEANUT PRODUCTS).  AM & PM snacks will be provided by CGA.

 Movie/Nap Time

Q:  Is there nap time?

A:  There is no official Nap time but we do lay the campers down for movie time after lunch so pack a comfortable blanket or sleeping bag.

Pick Up Responsibilities

Q:     If you cannot pick up your child after camp, what should I do?

A:      Notify the gym if someone other than you will be picking up because we will ask for identification.  A $10 late fee will be applied for each 15 minutes after pick up time.

Behavior Policy

MINOR OFFENSES: Disrespect of staff, insubordination, inappropriate conversations, touching, not staying with groups and ignoring camp rules. Consequences:

1st.      Offense – Verbal warning followed by a note in file

2nd.    Offense – Loss of morning or afternoon activities and notification of parents

3rd.     Offense – Written notice to parent/guardian

4th.     Offense – Termination from program or session. This will be up to the camp director’s discretion. No refunds will be given.

 SERIOUS OFFENSES: Endangering another camper, hitting, touching, swearing or verbal abuse of staff or campers, stealing or destruction of property, general disrespect towards Coaches and gym rules. Consequences:

1st.      Offense – Written notice to parent/guardian regarding the problem

2nd.    Offense – Removal from Camp, Camper will be with Director, and parent will be notified to pick child up immediately

3rd.     Offense – Termination from camp. This decision will be up to the Camp Director’s discretion. No refunds will be given.
